Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski also referred to by the name Paul Wesley, is an multi-award winning actor, producer and director most well-known for his part in the popular television drama the show The Vampire Diaries. As a result of his appearance in The Vampire Diaries, he received numerous awards and nominations. Wesley is a native of the United States who started acting while at school. Rutgers University was his next step. However, after realizing that he was gifted as an actress and the possibility of making a living out of his incredible acting abilities the school was closed. He made his first TV appearance in an American TV soap opera Another World. The next role on TV was on the CBS program Wolf Lake. In the hit American TV series The Vampire Diaries he played the lead role Stefan Salvatore. Additionally, he also directed a few episodes of the hit series. He has been featured in numerous movies that have been a hit since his first film, The Last Run. His most recent appearances as an actor Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer included supporting roles. In addition, he's quite popular in social media with more than 13 million Instagram fans and over 4.1 million Twitter followers.
